Canola Oil...is it actually bad for you?
I've been reading about this across the blogosphere. Here is one interesting article. http://www.kitchenstewardship.com/2009/10/27/food-for-thought-canola-oil-a-unique-omega-3-thumbs-up-or-thumbs-down/

Hi Amy Dear~~ How are you? Wasn't that a nice stretch of warm weather? It sure was an upper for my mood.
I don't know what to think about canola oil. I suppose it boils down to moderation in all things. It seems that every other month scientists discover something new that is going to kill us. It's frustrating. I suppose we'll just have to wait and see on this one.
Write when you can. Love, Grace
