More garlic planting today. Another inexpensive variety obtained from
Peaceful Valley.
I plant my garlic six inches away from each other in all directions, which you can sort of see in this photo. In a perfect world I would allow 18" between rows so that I can easily hoe out weeds, but I don't have enough space for that. This method has worked fine for me for several years.

When I offered the skins of the garlic heads to the goats, they got very excited.
