Here I am again

Well here I am again. I created this blog a couple of years ago when I first started looking into attending culinary school, but quickly gave it up because I didn't have enough time. My life has since turned itself upside down... I never did finish culinary school (thanks mostly to the recession). I'm back again, but it is a different world out there. And so the theme of the blog has changed from my adventures in culinary school to what's happening in my everyday life.
